There are so many things to talk about when it comes to preparing for a baby.  Sometimes the traditional 7-8 week courses for prenatal classes just doesn't fit with your schedule, your learning needs, or your life!

Try out private, tailored-to-you, prenatal class sessions.

Or join a Group In-person or Online Childbirth Education Classes

Check out the education page for more information on classes available!

Basic Life Support encompasses all the steps of CPR and adjacent life-saving techniques.  The Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada has been developing and operating these courses for over 60 years.

CPR isn't just for Healthcare Professionals, these skills can be used by anyone; with a focus on CPR for adults, children and infants, along with choking, you can help keep your family safe.  Learn more about BLS here or you can send a message or email if you are interested in attending a class.

Sometimes you need an extra pair of hands

A postpartum doula can help you get a handle on your life in that stressful, sometimes overwhelming postpartum period.  Having someone skilled manage the baby's needs for a few hours or overnight for you to get a nap, shower or a full night's sleep can be a life changer.

Go to the doula services page to learn more about how a postpartum doula can help you

Evidence-based practice is highly valued within the medical community.  Some of that information comes from large-scale studies, some comes from experiences of other healthcare professionals and some comes from listening to our patients and understanding their stories.  Inkredible Birthing has made a commitment to keep up to date with the latest scientific research, to learn constantly from others and listen to patients and clients to understand what works best for them.
