Post Partum Doula Services

Sometime you just need an extra hand with your new bundle at home.  A postpartum doula can help relieve the pressure.

Help with the Emotional & Physical Recovery after Birth

Recovery from birth is not something to take lightly. Your body may act differently, you may be sore or overwhelmed.  A postpartum doula can help with your recovery, movement and emotional support regarding your birth.

Light Housekeeping Duties

Exhausted and just wish that the dishes could do themselves, or the broom could come to life and sweep the living room floor?  Doulas can help you make your space a tad bit neater to help calm your mind.

Note: Doulas are there to help with your recovery emotionally, physically and lend a hand with your new baby; they are not house cleaners!

Assistance with Newborn Care

From swaddles, to diaper changes, bundling and taking out for walks, a doula can help take care of your baby.  Whether you need assistance learning how to do newborn skills, or you just need to go away and have a nap for a while, a doula can give you that extra space and time to help.

Baby Soothing Techniques

Doulas can be baby whispers!  We'll help you calm your little one, give you some tips and tricks or space to leave and collect yourself while we calm the baby

Night Time Support

Night time can sometimes be the most difficult part of having a newborn.  Their sleep cycles are different than adults, causing a lot of sleep depravation and feelings of overwhelm.   A night doula can offer you the chance to have a night's sleep without worrying about your baby.  Even if you are breastfeeding, a night doula can bring baby at feeding time and then when finish, take baby to a different place and allow you to return to sleep without diaper fears or rocking baby back to sleep.

Day Time Rates:
